The Montblanc Iced Sea Automatic Date, with its burgundy glacier-patterned dial, evokes the deep red of the setting sun on a glacier. The glacier motif on this dial is inspired by the Mer de Glace, the main glacier of the Mont Blanc massif. Its texture is the result of an almost forgotten ancestral technique called “gratté-boisé” (a type of wood-grained enameling). The watch features a unidirectional black ceramic bezel and a case back with 3D engraving. It is fitted with an interchangeable stainless steel bracelet with a precise adjustment system. This watch complies with ISO 6425 standards for scuba diving and is water-resistant to 300 meters.
