The Montblanc Iced Sea Automatic Date 0 Oxygen, with its sfumato gray dial featuring an icy pattern, evokes the feeling of gazing into the depths of a glacier. Inspired by the Mer de Glace glacier, this glacial texture was achieved using a nearly forgotten, ancient technique called “gratté-boisé” (scraped and wood-grained). The watch is housed in a 41 mm aged steel case, completely devoid of oxygen, and features a unidirectional rotating bezel with a black ceramic insert, laser-cut from 0 to 15 minutes, a 3D engraving on the case back, and an interchangeable black rubber strap with a fine adjustment system. This watch complies with ISO 6425 standards for scuba diving and is water-resistant to 300 meters.
